He and Elise van Beneden, President of Anticor talked about how corruption drains the institutions of the rule of law, and on the principles of a system based on theft. They argue that three quarters of French people believe that political actors are corrupt, and Hungarians also believe that their money being stolen is one of the biggest problems.
