Peter Rado: Public Education and Politics

The new book of our Research Affiliate Peter Rado offers an overview of the public education system reform launched in 2010 and the education policy of the period that followed.

Peter Rado analyzes the resources of the new construction, the process of the 2011 law, the logic of the political occupation of education and the complete subversion of the former public education system.

The book seeks to take stock of the last 12 years of education policy by assessing its impact on educational outcomes, the quality of schools, the efficiency with which resources have been used and the extent of educational inequalities.
