New Podcast: A Legal Perspective on Coronavirus Vaccination Passports

Luiza Bialasiewicz (University of Amsterdam), Nikolaus Forgo (University of Vienna), Joelle Grogan (Middlesex University), Oskar Gstrein (University of Groningen), and Dimitry Kochenov (CEU Democracy Institute) discussed European vaccine passports and their impact on the citizens’ rights and the Rule of Law in Europe in the latest podcast of the Ars Boni series of the Department of Innovation and Digitalisation in Law at the University of Vienna's Law School. The conversation evolved about the Oxford COMPAS working paper “Terrible Great Idea? COVID-19 ‘Vaccination Passports’ in the Spotlight,” with a particular focus on the European Commission’s proposal of a Digital Green Certificate.
