The article covers the latest developments related to the EU recovery funds, from which Poland had been blocked over judicial disputes. However, last week the EU opened the door for the disbursement of the fund to Poland.
The country negotiated some commitments with the EU, but Laurent Pech thinks that they are “vague, partial and easy to evade.”
“This is smoke screen,” said Anna Wojcik. “Disciplinary repressions continue, and even intensified.”
