In 2008 Andrey graduated from the Moscow State Law University. In 2014 he received a degree in Psychology (Russian State University for the Humanities). In 2015 he entered Graduate Law School at the Higher School of Economics and in 2016 he joined the staff as lecturer. In 2019 he co-founded the non-governmental organization «Republican Research Centre», dedicated to promotion of the ideas of classical republicanism, self-governance and private property. In 2021 Andrey joined the Legal Liberal Arts programme of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration as lecturer. His research interests include theory of democracy, intellectual history of anarchism and libertarian theory of law. Andrey is teaching Legal theory and History of political and legal thought. His thesis is devoted to the political and legal views of one of the key Russian proponents of anarchism of the early 20th century – Alexey Borovoi.
