Before completing her degree in Gender Studies at the Central European University, Dorottya Fekete studied MSci International Relations and Global Issues at the University of Nottingham. Her research interest centers around gendered labor market inequality. Dorottya is particularly interested in how state-level policies influence the employment experience of individuals and how individuals negotiate, reinforce, or resist organizational practices and cultures in different contexts. Dorottya uses qualitative methods to highlight experiences at the micro-level.
