Joelle Grogan is an Academic Co-Director of the Rule of Law Clinic at the CEU Democracy Institute, Visiting Senior Research Fellow at the UCD Sutherland School of Law, and creator of Sticky Tricky Law.
Joelle has an undergraduate degree in Law from Trinity College Dublin where she was elected a Scholar of the University. She graduated with Distinction from the BCL at Oxford University, and also holds a doctorate in law from Oxford University.
Joelle is currently a Senior Researcher, and head of the research at UK in a Changing Europe (UKICE), an independent think tank based at King's College London. UKICE provides independent and impartial social science research on the broad themes of the UK post-Brexit and UK-EU relations. The work includes analysis across a range of fields including politics and policy, economics, law, governance and the constitution, and the UK in the world.
