Mirosław Wróblewski is a Senior Research Fellow at the CEU DI, Rule of Law Group and Director of Rule of Law Clinic.

Since 2007 he has been Director of the Constitutional, International and European Law Department in the Ombudsman Office in Warsaw. He has been involved in the most important rule of law cases in front of Polish courts, ECt.HR and CJEU. He is also an expert on data protection and new technologies law.

He has been a member of the EU Fundamental Rights Agency (FRA) Board. Since 2019 he is a member of the board of the European Network of National Human Rights Institutions (ENNHRI). He is an attorney at law, chairing the Human Rights Committee in the Polish Bar Association (KIRP), member of Access to Justice Group in the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), also an editor, author, or co-author of 80 academic publications.
